Characteristics of product
- It is possible to take
electrical contact not only from part side but also
from solder surface by 1-layer conductive layer.
- This is the FPC superior in flexibility resistance
/ folding resistance, which has function of double sided
FPC even if it is single sided FPC by opening polyimide
on front side and rear side.
- It is possible to eliminate insulation layer above
and below conductor to make a flying lead configuration.
