of FPC at a maximum for standard configuration.

the wiring for movable part and three-dimensional wiring
are available.
- Making the plating of
pad part and terminal part lead-free can conform
to RoHS direction.
(The plating is implemented by electrolytic
gold plating, electroless gold plating, electrolytic
tin copper plating.)
